How do I return a tree or shrub?

Merchandise Return Policy:
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt and
completed within 90 days of purchase. - Unless covered by the One-year Guarantee on trees and shrubs
(below), dead plant material cannot be exchanged or refunded. - A refund will only be issued for product in the same manner it was
purchased. Cash or check purchases over $250 will be refunded by a check
request from our corporate office. - An exchange, store credit, or merchandise return will be issued only for the
amount paid at the time of purchase.
One-Year Guarantee On All Trees & Shrubs:
Green Thumb is committed to your gardening success and strive to be your preferred garden nursery. In our commitment to successful gardening, we guarantee all our outdoor trees and shrubs for one-year (excludes: annuals, houseplants, holiday plants, plants not properly watered and commercial purchases).
- All returned trees and shrubs must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Dead trees and shrubs returned within one-year of the original purchase date will either be replaced with an identical product, or a merchandise credit will be provided for the original purchase amount.

Free delivery on a sod purchase of 1000 sq. ft. or more, $50 for delivery on a sod purchase of 500-999 sq. ft. and $100 for delivery on a sod purchase of 200-499 sq. ft.
We charge for delivery based off of the distance from the nursery and the amount of delivery staff that will be required to deliver the goods.
Local deliveries outside of our nearby delivery zones cost a minimum of $75+.
Some exceptions apply.
NOTES:
For delivery fees outside of the local area or deliveries requiring three or more persons…you will need to contact the Green Thumb department manager for direction on cost.
All deliveries (except patio furniture) are assumed to be curbside unless otherwise noted on the sales order.

We are open during select hours on all holidays besides Christmas Day, Thanksgiving and New Years Day. During these holidays we will be closed.
